This blog speaks to a multinational audience. People from 133 countries have visited the Erasing 76 Crimes blog since it started in March.
Through early July, visitors came most frequently from the United States, followed by visitors from the United Kingdom. Each of those countries recorded more than 1,000 visits, the blog’s WordPress statistics show.
From 100 to 500 visits came from each of these countries:
- South Africa
The blog also had some following in these countries, with 50 to 100 visits each:
- United Arab Emirates
Dozens of visitors also came from:
- Saudi Arabia
- New Zealand
- Trinidad and Tobago
- Russian Federation
- Sri Lanka
A scattering of visitors also came from 71 other countries.
The blog’s overall readership still is not large, but the numbers are growing month by month. That’s not surprising, since the blog’s topics — the human toll of laws against homosexuality and the struggle to repeal them — has worldwide relevance.
